Characteristics of PTFE tube:

Insulation: used as electrical insulators, seals and anti-sticking materials

Using temperature: -180°C to +2 50°C.

Self-lubricating: It has a small friction coefficient among plastics and is an ideal oil-free lubricating material.

Non-combustibility: The oxygen limit index is below 90.

Chemical resistance and weather resistance: Except for molten alkali metals, PTFE is not easily corroded by chemical reagents. For example, in concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, or even boiled in water, its weight and performance are unchanged, and it is insoluble in all solvents.

It has a low coefficient of friction for all known solid materials, and PTFE is relatively smoother.
