Teflon seals, gaskets, gaskets. PTFE seals, gaskets and gaskets are all made of suspension polymerized PTFE resin. Compared with other plastics, PTFE has the characteristics of chemical resistance, and has been widely used as a sealing material and filling material. It solves many problems in the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and other fields.
The dispersant can be used as an insulating dipping solution for various materials, and also as an anticorrosive coating on the surface of metal, glass and ceramics. Various PTFE rings, PTFE gaskets, PTFE packing, etc. are widely used in the sealing of various anti-corrosion pipeline flanges. In addition, it can also be used for spinning, PTFE fiber-fluorine fiber (foreign trade name is Teflon).
Nowadays, all kinds of plastic products play a pivotal role in the national economic fields such as chemical industry, machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, military industry, aerospace, environmental protection, bridges and so on.
The production conditions of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), the production of high-purity products (such as ion-exchange membrane electrolysis), the transportation and operation of viscous materials, and the food and beverage processing and production departments have strict hygiene requirements.
1. There is no "sintering" on the inner surface of the insulating layer. The outer surface of the insulation layer is burned, and the inner surface is not sintered enough, which causes the phenomenon of longitudinal cracking of the insulation layer.
2. Therefore, for thick-walled insulation layer products, lower temperature and lower speed should generally be used during sintering, and the insulation layer quality is better.
3. In order to terminate and shape the sintered PTFE crystal, it must be cooled. The cooling rate directly affects the crystallization and shrinkage of the insulation layer, and is also related to the stress in the insulation layer.
4. Generally speaking, the cooling rate is fast, so that the crystallization rate of the insulation is low, and the shrinkage rate is small, which is beneficial to the wire and cable products.
5. However, improper cooling too fast will increase the stress due to the large temperature difference between the inside and outside of the insulation, and may also cause stress cracking in severe cases.
6. The crystallization of PTFE stops at 260°C. Therefore, the cooling temperature is generally set at room temperature below 260°C.
